1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing our website, reserving room accommodations, dining at our restaurant, or booking banquet halls at Vinodam Palace — Luxury Hotel & Resort (Jabalpur Road, Seoni, M.P.), you acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM IST
• Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM IST
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to room availability and may incur nominal additional charges.
• Mandatory Guest Identification: As per Government of India directives, all adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as proof of identity.

3. Room Occupancy & Pricing

Room rates are subject to applicable taxes (GST). Standard room capacity is 2 Adults. Additional guests or extra bed setups will be charged at standard property tariffs. Children under 6 stay free when sharing existing bedding.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund minus minimal payment processing fees.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 1 night's room stay tariff.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
• Banquet & Wedding Lawn Bookings: Advance payments for event lawn & hall bookings are subject to custom contractual cancellation schedules as specified in the event agreement.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Care

We aim to provide a safe, luxurious, and peaceful atmosphere for all our guests:

• Non-Smoking Policy: All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
• Property Damage: Any physical damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or fixtures will be assessed and billed directly to the responsible guest prior to check-out.
• Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly banned on hotel grounds.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of your stay or booking with Vinodam Palace shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh.
